Refund policy

At Cozy Era Store, we accept returns of all items within 10 days of delivery date with the right to full refund.

We do not refund shipping fees if you have paid one.

A condition of a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order.

For returns to be eligible, do ensure the following:

1. Item must be in the original condition as received.
2. Item must be unworn and unwashed.
3. All original packaging must be in good condition.

How to return a product to us:

1. Request a return by emailing us at support@cozyerastore.com. Indicate the reason for return.
   
2. Get the email from us with a Return Label and further instructions.
   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
